If you are having difficulties in logging into the Portal, it may be necessary to add hfplf.com to use a compatibility mode for your web browser.  This only applies to Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explorer, on the right hand side of your screen, is a gear.  After clicking the gear, find Compatibility view settings.  In the dialog box, type hfplf.com and click add. Please make sure that hfplf.com shows up in the box labeled:  Websites you've added to Compatibility View:  Then click close. 

If you cannot find the gear, and have the menu bar visible, Click on Tools, Compatibility View settings.  In the dialog box, type hfplf.com and click add.  Please make sure that hfplf.com shows up in the box labeled:  Websites you've added tom Compatibility View:.  Then click close. 

Retry your login.
